Job Description We are seeking an experienced Server Architect to join our team and lead server and virtualization architecture initiatives within a dynamic, fast-paced M&A environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure design, server virtualization, and cloud integration, with the ability to assess existing environments and create comprehensive roadmaps that align with client objectives. Serve as the lead architect for server and virtualization infrastructure in M&A projects. Assess current virtualization and server environments to identify gaps, risks, and integration requirements. Design, develop, and implement architecture roadmaps that seamlessly integrate acquired environments into client infrastructure. Provide technical leadership on server, virtualization, and cloud strategy to stakeholders across IT and business units. Architect and oversee solutions leveraging VMware and Microsoft Azure platforms. Utilize migration tools such as Zerto (Cornerstone standard) to support seamless transitions. Ensure infrastructure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards. Skills and Requirements 7–8+ years of experience as an Infrastructure or Server Architect with a strong focus on virtualization and server environments. Proven track record in M&A-related infrastructure projects, including assessment, integration, and migration. Strong expertise in VMware and Microsoft Azure platforms. Hands-on experience with migration tools, specifically Zerto.
