The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in server management across both Windows and Linux platforms, demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, and have experience with Microsoft Teams Calling. This is an exciting opportunity to work on critical IT infrastructure systems and contribute to enterprise-grade operations. Key Responsibilities: + Install and configure server hardware, operating systems, and software. + Administer and maintain both Windows and Linux servers. + Monitor system performance, ensuring secure and efficient operations. + Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues reported by users or monitoring systems. + Conduct routine backups and develop disaster recovery plans. + Enforce system security measures such as access controls, firewalls, and encryption. + Perform system upgrades and roll out new hardware or OS versions. + Document internal processes, technical guides, and system configurations. + Train staff on server-related tools and technologies as needed.
