Job ID 2025-231208 JOB OVERVIEW The Server (Dining Room Care Manager) is responsible for providing dining and table services to residents in the community’s dining rooms and designated areas in accordance with Sunrise Senior Living standards. The Server (Dining Room Care Manager) is responsible for serving as a role model in providing dining service and assisting training care managers, maintaining proper dining room set up, assisting in special events, monitoring appropriate checklists in support of the dining area cleanliness and readiness standards, and assisting in tabletop inventories maintenance. Responsible for handling all food and beverages in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with all federal, state/provincial, and local regulatory procedures regarding food service. General Dining Service

Provide support in the day-to-day operations of the dining room while maintaining a high quality, positive, and safe physical and social environment for residents and fellow team members.
Provide dining service training to new care managers.
Maintain knowledge of Daily and Always Available Menu items and is able to provide general descriptions to the residents.
Assist residents with menu selections and respond to pertinent questions about menu items.
Take meal and beverage orders and serve requested items according to established guidelines.
Respond to the dining needs of the resi
