Located just 25 minutes by speedboat from the airport, the island’s accommodations, restaurants and recreational facilities are all close at hand, arranged around a beautiful central promenade lined with borders of bougainvillea, frangipani and hibiscus flowers.The Server – Food & Beverage will be a part of a diverse and dynamic team which provides award winning service to our valued guests. This position reports to the Director of Restaurants.
A Maldivian work permit will be provided by the resort.
What you will do:
Prepare mise-en-place, set up and clear tables, ensuring high hygiene standards.Provide genuine hospitality and act as host/hostess in the work area.Promote hotel services and products to guests.Take and serve orders for food and beverages according to resort standards in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner.Maintain strong product knowledge and stay informed about resort events.Anticipate guest needs, offer suggestions, and ensure guest satisfaction.Address guest concerns promptly and take ownership to ensure a positive experience.Perform any additional duties that are assignedWhat you will bring:
Strong English, math, and psychometric skills.O-level Qualification or an equivalent. Technical education in Hospitality is preferred1-2 years of experience in 5-star hotels/resorts or reputable restaurants.Aptitude for growth and upward mobility.Finesse and personal flair.What we offer:
