Delaware North Travel is hiring a part-time Server to join our team at Lexington Airport in Lexington, Kentucky. What will you do?Greet and attend to guests’ needs, provide menus and communicate restaurant specials, answer menu questions, and collect food and beverage ordersServe alcoholic beverages responsibly, adhering to all alcohol service policies and proceduresAccurately enter orders into the point-of-sale system and process payments, as well as prepare and deliver checks to guestsCollaborate with other restaurant servers, kitchen, and bar staffPerform opening, closing, cleaning, and side work duties, as assigned, and ensure all equipment and workspaces are clean, sanitized, organized, and functioning

More about youExperience in cash handling and credit card processing1+ year of serving experienceExperience in a high-volume environment and experience with a point-of-sale system in a service or hospitality environment highly preferredPrevious bartending experienceMust be at least 21 years of age

Physical requirementsMust be able to lift 35 lbs, as well as stand, walk, and bend for long periods, which may include walking up stairsVisual awareness and hearing sufficient to take orders and prepare checks
