The Role\: Safety, Environment and Real Estate Officer
Performs Safety, Environment and Real Estate Function with a broader focus on managing the real estate aspect of the function. Implements and enforces global company and local standards with regards to OSH, workspace standards, etc.
What will you do?
Oversee functions of FM Service provider ensuring targets and expectations are met. This includes managing of sight aesthetics, cleanliness and functionality to support BCP and employee well-being.
Support real estate planning, space utilization, energy & resource management, site selection and overall project management. This function will also support implementation and deployment of Global Real Estate requirements and standards.
One core function of this role is the support of EHS Programs and help with development & implementation of safety policies relating to government regulation, company guidelines, and industry best practices. These includes, emergency preparedness, hazard identification and control, incident investigation, company specific initiatives, etc.
Another major component of the role is ensuring that the company’s facilities is compliant with various government agencies such as the DOLE, DENR, BFP, DPH, PEZA. PNRI, PDEA, and other bodies that may extend regulatory requirements to the business.
