SEO Strategist

The Opportunity:

Works independently under close supervision, design, analyze, evaluate, test, debug and implement applications programs supporting the company infrastructure business processes and operations and/or network-based (cloud) product systems. Analyze, install, acquire, modify and support operating systems, database or utilities software. Plan, conduct and direct the analysis of business problems with automated systems solutions. Analyze, design, acquire and implement projects for LAN and/or WAN systems. Plan, designs, acquire and implement telecommunications voice/wire systems.

SEO Strategist

We are looking for a proactive and data-driven SEO Strategist to help execute and optimize organic search strategies that drive meaningful business impact. support our growing SEO team. Reporting to the SEO Manager, you’ll play a key role in executing on-page and off-page optimization tasks, and content planning to help scale our search visibility and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy Execution

Execute on-page SEO tasks including keyword mapping, meta tag creation, internal linking, and content optimization.

Support larger SEO campaigns such as new content launches, SEO testing, and site updates or migrations.

Perform competitive and keyword research to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner across the organization to align on content plans, share keyword insights, and ensure content is optimized for search from the start.

Conduct content audits to identify opportunities for optimization or content consolidation.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Track keyword rankings, traffic performance, and engagement metrics using tools like Google Analytics, GSC, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.

Contribute to monthly performance reports and surface insights that inform SEO priorities.

Monitor site health and flag technical or content-related issues to the appropriate team members.

Site Optimization & Audits

Conduct content and site audits to identify areas for improvement or consolidation.

Assist in backlink audits and help support link-building efforts with outreach, asset optimization, or coordination with external partners.

Qualifications:

2–4 years of SEO experience (in-house or agency), with proven success improving rankings and organic traffic.

C-1/C-2 level of English both spoken and written

Strong grasp of on-page and off-page SEO fundamentals, plus a working knowledge of technical SEO.

Proficiency in SEO and analytics tools such as GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.

Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Contentful) and basic HTML knowledge.

Excellent communication and project management skills.

Comfortable collaborating across marketing, content, and web teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Nice to Have:

Experience working with or supporting site migrations or large-scale content updates.

Exposure to international or local SEO.

Understanding of CRO and UX principles as they relate to SEO performance.

Experience using tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar for data visualization.


ENVIRONMENTAL WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL EFFORT (Under Typical Positions)

Typically works in an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation and a normal range of temperature and noise level.

Work assignments are diversified. Examples of past precedent are used to resolve work problems. New alternatives may be developed to resolve problems.

A frequent volume of work and deadlines impose strain on routine basis.

Minimal physical effort is required. Work is mostly sedentary but does require walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting or carrying objects that typically weigh less than 10 lbs.
