If you’re coming off a phenomenal 2-4 years tackling SEO for a company or agency and are ready to take on more sophisticated organic search challenges, this is the role for you.
Clearlink has deep roots in search engine optimization. With a company-wide mission to “transform the way the world’s leading brands find, acquire, and support their customers while improving the overall customer experience,” meeting our target audiences via organic search is imperative.
From our C-level down you will be hard-pressed to find a person throughout the company that doesn’t both value and have a strong understanding of SEO. And because of that, we know we can’t accomplish our goals with our SEO Specialists.
To get your work done you will spend the majority of your time in analysis and individual execution while also coordinating closely with your core marketing team consisting of individuals passionate about content strategy, outreach, design, copywriting, paid search, and project management.
The Impact You Will Make:
Lead and execute advanced SEO strategies to elevate our organic search rankings and visibility. Develop and execute effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic. Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and other on-page elements to align with SEO best practices. Lead technical SEO initiatives, including site audits, optimization for site speed, mobile-friendliness, and crawlability. Collaborate with content strategists to ensure high-quality, SEO-friendly content that resonates with target audiences. Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush, identifying areas for improvement. Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends, adapting strategies accordingly. Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for our SEO efforts. Track, measure, and report on key metrics related to organic search performance. Contribute to the creation and execution of link-building strategies to improve domain authority.What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Proven experience as an SEO professional with 2+ years of experience. Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO best practices and the ability to apply them effectively. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed SEO decisions. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts related to SEO. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
