We are excited to welcome an experienced SEO Manager to our UK team.

This role will lead technical SEO initiatives across TUI UK and Crystal Ski. You will work alongside Product Managers, Content, Paid Media teams, and external agencies to help shape and deliver an organic search strategy.

This is a hybrid role (one day a week in office) and a great opportunity to join a business where SEO is highly valued.

Conduct technical SEO audits and identify issues around crawling, indexing, rendering, site performance and structure dataCollaborate cross-functionally with Product, Development, Content, and Paid Media teamsTranslate complex technical findings into actionable recommendations in our reportsOversee day-to-day SEO activities across technical, content, links and dev. work.Support agency relationships, ensuring effective project delivery and reporting

ABOUT YOU

Strong technical SEO knowledge.In depth understanding of crawling, indexing, JavaScript, HTML, rendering, CWV, hreflang, and structured dataHands-on experience with server log analysis Experience in international SEO: Hreflang and ccTLD Proficiency with tools such as Botify, Ahrefs, SEOmonitor, Conductor and Screaming Frog.Comfortable working in agile setups using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Monday.comAbility to simplify and present SEO insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiencesFamiliarity with CDNs such as Akamai or CloudfareIdeal but not essential is experience with CMS platforms and scripting (Python, Regex, SQL - for data dashboard creation on Looker)
