Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer/Sr. Principal Systems Engineer in support of the Sentinel program. This opening may be in Roy, UT and will support the Sentinel Program. Northrop Grumman supports the Air Force’s sustainment, development, production and deployment of hardware and system modifications for Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Ground and Airborne Launch Control Systems, Launch Facilities, and associated infrastructure.

The selected candidate will be part of the Command and Launch - Command and Control (C2) Product Engineering Team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Modeling, Simulation & Analysis for specific aspects of the system.Support analysis for requirement decomposition and traceability.Support MBSE strategy and implementation.Coordinate with sub-contracted product teams for compliance with contractual SOW and established program model governance.Contribute content for presentations to internal and external stakeholders.Basic Qualifications:
Sr. Principal Systems Engineer - 8 Years of related experience with Bachelor's degree in STEM; 6 Years with Masters; 4 Years with PhDORPrincipal Systems Engineer - 5 Years of related experience with Bachelor's degree in STEM; 3 Years with Masters; 1 Year with PhDMust be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret Clearance with an investigation date within the last 6 yearsMust be able to be successfully screened for Enhanced Security Clearances, within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business needs1-2 years of experience with System Analysis using MATLAB, Python, C++, STK and/or other analytical modeling tools1 year of experience with Model Based System Engineering with DOORS or CAMEO and an understanding of DODAF and SysMLPreferred Qualifications:

Salary Range: $95,300.00 - $142,900.00Salary Range 2: $118,600.00 - $178,000.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
