This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.
You Will Bring These Qualifications:
6 years of related experience with Bachelor’s or an additional 4 years in lieu of a degreeActive U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP)1+ years of experience with Agile and working in a cross-function Scrum team1+ years of experience working with Object-Oriented Analysis and Design principles1+ years of experience developing complex software solutions using C++1+ years of experience programming in scripting languages (Python, Bash)These Qualifications Are Nice To Have:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM)Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite including Jira and ConfluenceProficient with DOORS, Cameo with the ability to write and decompose system requirementsAbility to evaluate risks and tradeoffs and present solution options to managementAbility to plan, execute, and manage the technical scope, and support leadership planning.Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering languages (SysML/UML) and conceptsExperience Interpreting complex algorithms and requirements for implementationSalary Range: $156,500.00 - $234,700.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
