Supports the SDS Division in the continued improvement of global supply chain tools, processes, systems, and work instructionsUnderstanding and experience in specifying, collecting, processing and presenting information from potentially several disparate data setsCollaboration with the division, sector, and enterprise Digital Transformation Office for roll out and engagement of supply chain digital solutionsSupporting the Subcontracts organization by helping manage the workflows and access requests for the SAMS tool (Supplier Assessment Management System)Develops solutions to complex problems that are consistent with organization objectivesContributes to the overall learning and development of Global Supply Chain employees and other stakeholders on various Global Supply Chain (GSC) topicsPosition Benefits:

Principal Data Insight Analyst: Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related experience; or a masters degree with 3 years of related experience; or a PhD with 1 year of related experience; an additional 4 years of related experience can be considered in lieu of a degree
Sr Principal Data Insight Analyst: Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of related experience; or a masters degree with 6 years of related experience; or a PhD with 4 years of related experience; an additional 4 years of related experience can be considered in lieu of a degree
Required for Both Level(s):
Must have U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD secret security clearanceMust have 2+ years of in-depth experience with SAP, or similar ERP System(s)Must be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with the management of other organizations (program management, contracts, business management, etc.)These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Knowledge and practical experience with Tableau, GitHub, and Microsoft SQL ServerExperience with Microsoft Tools Suite, including SharePoint, Lists, and Power AutomateMaster’s Degree in related fieldPrior work experience in Aerospace & DefenseExperience in a Global Supply Chain roleExpertise in the government regulations FAR and DFARSPrevious experience leading cross functional teamsActive DoD Secret ClearancePrior experience working classified programsMotivated, organized, and have effective time management skillsSalary Range: $86,600.00 - $143,600.00Salary Range 2: $107,800.00 - $178,800.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
