BAT Indonesia has an exciting opportunity for a Sensory Panel Leader in Malang
Your key responsibilities will include:
Drive and coordinate sensory activities at the Indonesia site, ensuring alignment with global standards and best practices.Maintain local panels, upholding high standards and full adherence to all internal processes.Ensure the quality of data and interpret it effectively within the context of project objectives.Improve sensory work by proactively seeking out and implementing practical solutions and digital tools.Manage daily sensory activities and coordinate with internal and external partners to deliver key project insights.Build strong relationships with internal teams (R&D, Quality, Factory) and external laboratories.What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or any relevant major in a scientific field.Familiar with setting up and maintaining a sensory panel and delivering an annual insights program. Basic knowledge of sensory science, including various descriptive (DQA, Spectrum) and discriminative (DUO-Trio, Triangle) testing methodologies.Project management experience, familiarity with digital and data science (e.g., multivariate analysis, programming in R Statistics) is a plus.Ability to communicate complex technical data in both English and the local language.Creative, dynamic, and resilient, with a strong focus on project management and data analysis.Capable of managing knowledge and building effective relationships with both internal and external partners.Experience with Consumer Understanding and Sensory networks is also a plus.What we offer you?
