<About the Role>

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IoT Customer Support Engineer to join our team, focusing on Qualcomm’s Sensing Hub platform.

In this role, you will work closely with customers to support the sensor-based solutions in IoT devices. You’ll be the technical bridge between our platform and customer success, ensuring seamless sensor performance and system stability.

<Key Responsibilities>

Provide expert-level technical support for IoT products utilizing the Qualcomm Sensing HubAssist customers with sensor integration, configuration, and performance tuningDiagnose and resolve issues related to sensor communication over I3C, I2C, SPI, and other bus protocolsAnalyze framework behavior on ARM or RISC-V platforms and provide debugging supportInvestigate system-level stability issues and propose effective solutionsCollaborate with internal engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges

<Required Qualifications>

Proficient in C/C++ with hands-on experience in embedded systems developmentStrong understanding of communication protocols such as I3C, I2C, and SPIFamiliarity with ARM and/or RISC-V architecturesSolid grasp of sensor fundamentals (e.g., accelerometers, gyroscopes, environmental sensors)Demonstrated experience in analyzing and resolving system stability or performance issues

<Preferred Qualifications>

Experience working with Qualcomm platforms (e.g., Snapdragon, Sensing Hub)Background in IoT product development or customer-facing technical rolesKnowledge of RTOS environments and embedded debugging toolsExcellent communication skills and ability to work with customers and global internal teams5+ years Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience5+ years’ experience with Programming Language such as C, C++5+ years’ experience with embedded system

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 6+ years of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience.
OR
Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 5+ years of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience.

• 3+ years of experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
• 3+ years of experience with debugging techniques.
