Responsibilities:

Lead a multi-national team on various software products

Mentor team members, plan and review their work

Enforce coding and software development standards according to Agile methodology

Design, develop, test and maintain .Net MAUI cross platform mobile applications

Participate in architecture design and planning

Work closely with Product, DevOps and Infrastructure teams 

Requirements:

B.Sc. (or M.Sc.) in Computer Science or Computer/SW Engineering

At least 3-4 years as a C# developer

At least 2-3 years as a Xamarin.Forms / MAUI developer

At least 2-3 years as a Team Lead.

Strong programming skills in C#, XAML, MVVM Design Pattern

Experience in designing and developing Custom Controls

Extensive experience with Visual Studio and/or Visual Studio for Mac

Strong knowledge of core OOP and general programming concepts (object lifecycle, reflection, connection/thread pools etc.)

Strong knowledge of REST API and Hands-on experience with REST services

SQL (with proven ability to write native SQL queries)

Experience in Agile software development methodology

Working-level English

Advantage:

Experience with Xamarin.iOS, and Xamarin.Android applications

Experience with Binding Libraries development

Experience with Native Mobile development such as Swift and Kotlin

Experience with Flutter Mobile development

Experience publishing app in Google Play Store and Apples App Store play store

Familiarity with Git

Soft Skills:

Ability to do a context switch while working on long-term tasks on several projects simultaneously

Must have excellent communication skills and be people orientated

Ability to quickly learn and work well under pressure
