Requirements
High school diploma and 3.5 years of relevant experience, or college diploma and 1.5 years of relevant experience Experience in sales and customer service Knowledge of banking products and services is an asset Understanding of estate and trust administration processes Bilingualism (spoken/written) in French and English Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools Strong sense of autonomy, initiative, and urgency High adaptability and proactivity Professionalism, attention to detail, and confidentiality Excellent interpersonal skills and strong team spiritLanguages:
