Key Responsibilities
Maintain and improve services as part of a cross-border squad, ensuring employee satisfaction.Manage SaaS vendors and feature releases, particularly around Intune and modern workplace tools.Support and develop automated deployment via PowerShell and Azure DevOps.Provide technical support and participate in global 24/7 standby rotation.Participate in and contribute to a strong security-first mindset in system design and operations.Work with stakeholders at all levels to design and implement efficient digital solutions.Contribute to future-proofing the environment by automating, simplifying, and innovating systems.Key Capabilities/Experience
Microsoft 365 Expertise: Hands-on experience managing workplace services based on M365, including Intune.Automation Skills: Proficient in PowerShell and deployment pipelines (Azure DevOps).Cloud Technologies: Experience with SaaS and endpoint management in a cloud-based environment.Service Mindset: Strong understanding of user experience and satisfaction drivers.Analytical Thinking: Ability to solve complex problems and develop scalable solutions.Cross-functional Collaboration: Comfortable working with diverse, international stakeholders.Presentation & Communication: Able to convey complex topics to a variety of audiences.Minimum Qualifications
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of work experience on the related roleTechnical Knowledge: Expertise in Microsoft Intune, Windows 10/11, PowerShell scripting, Azure DevOps, and cloud servicesCertifications: Relevant Microsoft 365 certifications (e.g., Intune, MS-500, SC-300) is a plus.
