\nWorkforce Management (WFM):
\n\n Develop and maintain accurate forecasting models for call volume, staffing, and workload.\n Design and optimize scheduling strategies to meet service level agreements (SLAs).\n Conduct capacity planning and scenario modeling to support business growth.\n Collaborate with operations and HR to align workforce supply with demand.\n\nData Science & Analytics:
\n\n Build and deploy predictive models using machine learning to improve forecasting accuracy and attrition prediction.\n Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation.\n Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.\n Use statistical methods to support A/B testing, performance analysis, and process improvements.\n\nExperience:
\n\n 5+ years in Workforce Management, with at least 2 years in a data science or analytics role.\n Proven experience with WFM tools (e.g., NICE, Verint, Genesys) and data platforms (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau).\n WFM or Call Center experience is a plus but not a requirement\n\nSkills:
