The Role
Are you ready to join the team of Workday experts at Kyndryl? We are seeking a talented Workday HRIS Analyst to contribute to our software engineering space and provide critical skills required for the development of cutting-edge products.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with HR teams to troubleshoot issues, explore enhancements, and support system changes or upgrades.
Act as a contact for Workday HCM-related inquiries.
Configure and maintain Workday modules including Core HCM and Talent Management, working with functional leads.
Provide support for user issues and system optimization efforts.
Manage and resolve service requests in line with SLAs, ensuring timely communication with users.
Support change initiatives and system rollouts, helping to ensure successful adoption.
Lead or contribute to projects and serve as a subject matter expert.
Assist with internal audits and compliance processes related to system controls and change tracking.
Stay updated on Workday enhancements and industry best practices to suggest improvements.

Your continuous grooming of features/user stories to estimate, identify technical risks/dependencies and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders will ensure the features are delivered with the right quality and within timeline. You will maintain and drive the clearing of technical debt, vulnerabilities, and currency of the 3rd party components within the product.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM functional experience, with deep configuration knowledge across multiple modules.
Act as Functional Lead across core Workday HCM modules – supporting a large-scale global program. Prior experience as a Lead Consultant or Functional Lead on enterprise Workday implementations.
Own the design, configuration, and deployment of HCM processes including Core HCM, Recruiting and On boarding and Talent and Performance.
Collaborate closely with Technical Architects to ensure seamless integration between functional design and technical architecture.
Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, gathering requirements, leading workshops, and guiding decision-making.
Drive testing and post-go-live support activities in coordination with cross-functional team
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Experience working in a Systems Integrator or consulting environment strongly preferred
Workday HCM Pro Certification
Workday Recruiting Pro Certification
Workday Talent and Performance Pro Certification
