At Jushi Holdings Inc. ”) (CSE: JUSH) (OTCQX: JUSHF), we are shaping the future of the cannabis industry, the fastest growing jobs sector in the U.S. We are seeking a Senior Wholesale Sales Manager who will be responsible for the wholesale operation of the PA market and will work with the Commercial team to develop and implement a highly effective B2B sales strategy. The Senior Wholesale Sales Manager position will be based in Pennsylvania and will report to the VP of Commercial Operations.WHAT YOU WILL DO:Work with Commercial team to implement a highly effective B2B sales strategy in PAResponsible for oversight, execution, and achievement of weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goalsManage day-to-day decisions of the sales team and be the go-to for the sales team to brainstorm and problem solveLead and directly manage a team of wholesale sales and account sales managers.Execute on strategic plan to achieve quarterly sales targets and expand customer baseFacilitate and manage processes for all B2B sales-related tasksSubmit sales orders accurately and on time to SVP of commercial operations for approval and to production facility for fulfillmentNegotiate terms with purchasers such as price, quality of goods, deadlines, expectations, etc.Generate sales revenue through new account acquisition and management of existing accountsIdentify new B2B business opportunities and build existing relationships with cultivators, product manufacturers, and retailersTarget, qualify, and pursue prospects in accordance with company’s strategy and techniquesTrack sales revenue metrics and creating weekly and monthly KPI reports to be delivered and presented to senior leadershipResolve escalated customer complaints regarding sales and serviceCreate opportunities through a high volume of contact calls to potential clientsCollaborate closely with fulfillment and distribution teams to ensure accounts receive exceptional serviceCreate and circulate weekly and monthly reports with sales figures and forward-looking goals to executive teamWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:At least 5 years of sales experience + 2 years of experience at a management level with people leadership experience.Bachelor’s degree in management, supply chain, or related field requiredFinancial analysis capabilities2 years proven sales experience in the cannabis industry with existing vendor relationshipsHistory of setting and driving strategic sales initiatives in a start-up, fast-paced environmentExperience with distributor management and contract/vendor negotiationHighly effective interpersonal skills, demonstrating an exceptional level of EQ in all professional interactionsStrong negotiation skills, striking a balance between being flexible and driving for results with aggressive timelines*Ability to work independently in a highly organized manner with limited directionThe ability for local travel up to 60%Flexible schedule and ability to work some weekends and eveningsMust pass a background check in accordance with all applicable federal and state lawsWHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER OUR EMPLOYEES AT JUSHI:
