In this role, you will: + Provide technical leadership for wastewater modelling projects. + Develop and deliver innovative technical solutions for stormwater overflows, water quality management, developer assessments, flood investigations, and more. + Collaborate with specialist teams to develop new tools and procedures within wastewater modelling, enhancing our expert solutions. + Plan and coordinate project delivery, including cost estimation. + Line manage and mentor junior team members, supervising their technical outputs. You can find out more about our work in the water sector here: Stantec H2O+U - UK **About You** To be considered for this opportunity you will be degree qualified (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering, or other relevant subject, and be a member of an industry relevant institution e.g. ICE, CIWEM. You will have previous experience leading projects in an urban drainage environment and demonstrate technical experience covering a wide range of urban drainage modelling activities - including a full working knowledge of InfoWorks ICM. You will have experience in the management and development of staff as well as the ability to integrate well into a team and provide technical leadership to other modelling staff as a leader in an urban drainage environment.
