We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Senior Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Egypt and play a key role in managing our logistics operations.
The Position
As our Senior Warehouse Supervisor, you will be at the heart of our logistics operations, overseeing the daily organization of receiving, storage, and shipping activities. You will be instrumental in ensuring all procedures and documentation meet our rigorous Good Manufacturing practice (GMP) and safety standards. This position is reporting to the Senior Supply Chain Manager.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Daily supervision of warehouse activities with direct people management responsibility for one full-time employee. Ensure strict compliance with GMP, quality, and safety standards across all warehouse functions. Act as a key point of contact, coordinating with internal teams (e.g., Supply Chain, Quality) and external partners (e.g., carriers, customs brokers). Oversee all essential documentation, from inspection releases to patient sheet archives.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or a related field is a must. Around 1 year of experience managing a warehouse in the Pharma industry is a must. Proven experience in a people management role is a must. Strong knowledge of GMP, safety, and audit environments. Proficiency in SAP or other relevant warehouse management systems. Excellent English (reading and writing) and fluency in Arabic are required.

The supply Chain in Novo Nordisk Egypt is fast growing department, especially after conversion to a stock holding affiliate with expanded responsibilities and tasks, the team consists of Manager and 4 employees, Supply Chain is part of the Finance and Operation Department, and Supply Chain provides a lot of opportunities for growth and career development within the company locally and globally.
