ABOUT YOUR ROLE 职位描述

-according to the requirement of company quality and safety system, be responsible for ordinary management and operation of warehouse/dispatch team, ensure internal customer satisfaction and the accomplishment of company goals

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE 工作职责:

-assist to manager manage operation, lead department staff to achieve specific management targets
-协助主管负责部门各项管理工作,带领本部门员工完成公司制定的各项管理指标；
-be responsible for staff discipline and performance,5S,equipment status, efficiency, product quality and shrinkage, and provide timely solutions and report on time
-负责所在本部门员工的工作纪律，员工绩效，5S,安全，设备状况，效率，产品质量和损耗，并及时处理和汇报；
-be responsible for promotion and launch of company policies(ELS/EHS/6sigma etc)
-负责公司各项政策（ELS/EHS/6sigma等）在部门内的推动开展工作;
-be responsible for inner-department staff allocation, training and staff appraisal
-负责本部门员工的合理调配，内部培训及本部门员工的总结和评价；
-be able to bring innovative management idea to manage the team in order to satisfy company target requirements(service, cost control, quality cost etc)

-Provide support for logistics Department in aspect of process optimization, data analysis, data automation, application software etc.to enable logistics work high efficiency, low cost and better quality, and finally offer customers quality logistics service'
- 以EXCEL VBA软件代码开发应用程序，实现相应功能的数据处理
   Develop application program based on Excel VBA codes, so as to realize data processing for some functions
- 辅助进行系统的功能定义,程序设计
  Offer assistance in system  function definition and system program design
- 根据设计文档或需求说明完成代码编写，调试，测试和维护
   Program, adjust, test and maintenance as per design file or request description
- 分析并解决软件开发过程中的问题
   Analysis and solve problems in software development
- 从数据处理角度对物流工作流程提供支持
    Offer support to logistics work flow in aspect of data process
- 对企业管理系统物流板块提供软件应用方面支持
   Offer support in logistics part in ERP software application.

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU 职位要求:

- 精通编程，调试和相关技术
  Good at programming, adjustment and related technology
- 熟悉仓库运作流程，并提供改善建议
  Familiar with logistics/warehouse operation and provide the improvement   
- 熟练MS Access的运用，具备数据库的基本认识，MS Access报表制作
  Skillful at digital, AI application, including having basic knowledge of data base, and knowing how to make MS Access report form
- 具备需求分析和系统设计能力，和独立解决问题能力
  Good at analysis, system design and independent problem solving
- 能熟练阅读英文技术文档
  Able to read and write in English,
- 富有团队精神,责任感和沟通能力强
   Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and good communication

EDUCATION 学历和专业:

 - 计算机或相关专业大专学历以上
   Graduated from junior colleague or above, and majored in computer application or related area
