Shift: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
How you'll make an impact:
• Assigned JDE Super-user, performing JDE transactions to generate and print work orders from planning schedule for distribution to material handlers, which may including conducting investigations, root cause, month-end scrap analysis to resolve traceability and containment while working independently at the highest levels of quality and productivity
• Review work orders for Good Documentation Practices errors, and coordinate and ensure corrections; review JDE transactions to ensure materials are properly issued for in-process work orders; Review, follow and perform job functions in compliance with established work instructions and adherence with SOPs, including recording traceable information on device history records and may enter information into JDE.
• Provide general administrative support for supervisors (drafting and redlining, updating metrics analysis, spreadsheet and PPT development, meeting coordination, preparing spreadsheets, completing forms, and clean room supply allocations, etc.)
• Propose revisions and ensure approved revisions of procedures are distributed to production staff, and conduct SOP/procedural training
• Prepare forms required for the completion and documentation of work orders, as well as initializing work orders in JDE
• Compile production metrics data, and develop reports and presentations to management
• Create and submit ECRs and document updates
• May perform training verifications and revision checks at the start of shift, as well as performing training for general employee procedures
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all related EW systems, and train others in system operations
• On time arrival to work, regular attendance without excessive absenteeism, and working a full 8 hour or longer work period
• Other incidental duties: Deliver documents for archiving, fill-in on production lines when needed
What you'll need (required):
• H.S. Diploma or equivalent
• 4 years previous experience
What else we look for (preferred):
• Computer proficiency, e.g., email, JDE, and electronic documentation systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills, including ability to resolve misunderstandings of work instructions, and to convey and confirm understanding of methodology and procedures
• Able to read, comprehend, write and speak English, and elementary-level understanding of numerical functions
• Proven track record in achieving results
• Ability to work with minimum supervision by relying on experience and knowledge gained on the job in conveying detailed manufacturing instructions
• Work in a team environment with immediate colleagues, other departments, and supervisor, including inter-departmental teams
• Full knowledge of manufacturing procedures
• Knowledge of and adherence to Edwards Environmental Health and Safety and Quality guidelines as they relate to department clean room medical device manufacturing
• Proven ability to complete, retain, and incorporate training coursework in the performance of new and advanced work procedures, as well as to conduct training
• Strict attention to detail
• Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
