The main duties and responsibilities of this role: + Greet and seat guests warmly, answer menu inquiries, and explain ingredients, cooking methods, and allergy-related information. + Present daily specials and promotions, recommend food and beverages, and take accurate orders, including special requests. + Manage cashiering tasks using the MICROS system, process various payment methods, and generate accurate guest bills. + Oversee section operations, collect guest feedback, and assist with guest inquiries or calls when needed. + Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to fulfill and expedite orders efficiently. + Maintain cleanliness, prepare service areas, follow hygiene standards, and support smooth service flow while upholding Jumeirah excellence. **About You:** The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: + One or two years of experience in the same role with a strong F&B background in a 5-star luxury property or a standalone/branded beach club. + Proficient in English and a second language (Russian or European languages are desirable). + Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Micros, and Sevenrooms. + Experience working in a multi-cultural environment. **About the Benefits:** We offer an attractive tax-free salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
