You will play a pivotal role in realizing our vision for CRM hyper-personalization at scale for a large global client. This role is focused on translating marketing strategy into executable personalized experiences using Publicis Groupe’s powerful tools and platforms, including Core AI and Epsilon, in collaboration with the broader Groupe agency ecosystem (Sapient, Razorfish, Publicis Media, etc.). You will guide the integrations between the client’s martech ecosystem and Publicis Groupe platforms. With a deep understanding of data strategy, martech architecture, and omnichannel CRM activation, you will be responsible for bringing advanced marketing concepts to life with innovative technology and measurable impact. **Responsibilities** + Serve as the technology lead and strategic architect on a flagship CRM personalization program for a Fortune Global 50 client. + Translate high-level business and marketing objectives into scalable, actionable technology solutions across platforms. + Architect integrations between client marketing technologies (Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Campaign Classic, Tealium CDP), and Publicis Groupe tools (e.g., Core AI, Epsilon CORE ID). + Define and document business and technical requirements, identify data and workflow gaps, and create solution designs that enable CRM orchestration and real-time personalization at scale. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, strategy, media, and data analytics to design and deploy solutions for end-to-end personalized campaigns. + Own the technical consulting relationship with Publicis Groupe agencies and partners, including Epsilon, Core AI, and Publicis Sapient—ensuring alignment, communication, and timely execution. + Champion automation and content production strategies that support hyper-personalized campaign deployment across email, mobile, and other CRM channels. + Monitor and optimize system performance, ensure delivery quality, and take ownership of overall program success. **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field. + 15+ years of experience in marketing technology, CRM, or digital transformation consulting, including hands-on experience in solution architecture. + Experience architecting and delivering CRM personalization strategies that leverage 1P data enrichment, AI and ML audience modeling, and real-time orchestration. + Deep understanding of the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem, including Adobe Campaign Classic, AEM, Target, and CDPs like Tealium. + Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure (preferably GCP), data engineering principles, and martech/data integrations at scale. + Strong consulting and client-facing skills, with the ability to align multiple stakeholders and manage inter-agency collaboration within a large network. + Proven track record of leading CRM solutioning and execution for enterprise-scale clients. + Adept at turning abstract personalization visions into detailed implementation roadmaps and technology delivery plans. **Additional information** Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
