Senior Vice President, Non-FI Sales Leader

About your role:

As we continue to grow and innovate, we are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Vice President to lead our Non-Financial Institution (Non-FI) Sales organization.

You will be responsible for driving sales strategy, executing plans, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious revenue goals. This role requires a forward-thinking leader who can engage and build mutually beneficial partnerships with non-FI clients, focused on serving small and medium sized businesses (SMBs).

What you’ll do:

Formulate and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy for the non-FI market, aligning with the overall business objectives and growth targets of Fiserv.Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and accountability, and partner with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure alignment in messaging and execution of sales initiatives.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the SMB sector to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions and value-added services that drive value.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and innovation within the SMB space.Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive accountability and track progress against sales targets.Champion the adoption of new technologies and solutions that can enhance the SMB customer experience and improve operational efficiency.Oversee the sales budget, ensuring effective resource allocation to maximize ROI and efficiency within the sales organization.Provide regular updates to executive leadership on sales performance, market conditions, and strategic initiatives.Responsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.

Experience you’ll need to have:

15+ years of progressive sales experience5+ years in a leadership role focused on small and medium business markets5+ years of experience working with financial services, payments, or technology solutions relevant to SMB clients5+ years of experience leading, motivating, and developing high-performing sales teamsExperience developing and executing sales strategies that drive business growthExperience analyzing data and market trends to make informed decisions and strategic recommendations.Experience building relationships and influencing at all levels of an organizationBachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field

Experience that would be great to have:

Master of Business Administration

How you’ll work:

Fiserv emphasizes in-person collaboration to help you grow your career while shaping the future of fintech; this role is on-site Monday through Friday.

Travel:

Approximately 25% travel off-site or to other office locations is expected.
