Overview Exciting opportunity to join the leadership team on one of the best Power of One model’s at Publicis spearheading end to end investment for iconic CPG brands that sit under the parent company Smucker’s, including household name brands such as Jif, Uncrustables, Folgers, Café Bustelo, Hostess and Milk-Bone to name a few. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of a full funnel Power of One team that handles and influences all marketing investment for the brands across every channel including the ownership of Media, Commerce, Creative, Data, Analytics, and Account. This integrated team model and mirrored client org structure has broken down planning and investment silos to stay at the forefront of marketing and media investment, collaborating across teams to pave the way with full funnel solutions that drive business impact. As the Senior Vice President, Integrated Investment you’ll bring your extensive media buying expertise to our team and play a key role in providing strategic leadership for our client. You’ll be responsible for cultivating strong client relationships and providing thought leadership on audience strategies and campaign optimization. The SVP builds positive relationships and establishes clear lines of communication with agency partners. We’re seeking a candidate with omni-channel marketplace credibility and the ability to confidently engage with senior marketing and media professionals. You’ll forge unique, first-to-market opportunities, extend partnerships beyond traditional pricing/trading, and deliver comprehensive, channel-agnostic solutions. Responsibilities Cultivate and maintain senior-level relationships with media vendors and platforms to ensure trust and confidence with our buying partners Leverage marketplace knowledge to deliver best in class performance within digital (both Direct IO and programmatic) and linear campaigns Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the client business and competitive streaming landscape Holds accountability for teams delivering exceptional performance and financial outcomes across multiple client portfolios, ensuring that all initiatives exceed performance targets and drive sustained growth Drive upfront negotiations and steer and support client partners throughout the process Negotiate deals that include data partnerships and customized opportunities tailored to the client’s needs Assist in presentation of data, insights and media to clients Intimate knowledge of consumer habits & touchpoints, i.e. magazine, digital mobile, video Craft knowledgeable and relevant POVs that assess media opportunities and place appropriate value Integrate diverse channels into a cohesive strategy for maximized reach and return on investment Anticipate market shifts and proactively recommend next-generation solutions Collaborate with internal partners to deliver data-driven, future-forward partnerships Convey complex investment strategies to day-to-day contacts as well as executive-level decision-makers Maintain a strong understanding of the systems used such as Mediaocean/Prisma or other digital buying tools, Ad Servers/Verification, DSPs, Social Platforms, DMPs, and internal proprietary tools Build and maintain strong relationships across multiple internal teams and external teams ensuring visibility, clarity, and alignment. Accountability and ownership of campaign execution for assigned client accounts Be responsible for the development of strategic proposals, coordinating across teams to account for all relevant inputs Understand and effectively communicate value proposition, technology, and processes related to the growth of current and prospective agency accounts Develop processes to ensure data integrity and implement across the agency Determine and activate how to deliver necessary data to teams for various reporting purposes Provide clear communication on business initiatives, ensure proper training on tools and processes, and participate in talent recruitment and development efforts Co-manage and mentor teams with varying levels of experience, ensuring high-quality results and professional growth Qualifications 15+ years of media buying experience in the digital & video eco-system (linear TV, FEP, VOD, OTT, Mobile, Connected TV, Addressable, Display, Programmatic, Audio) Experience leading strategic oversight and execution of multi-brand video investment initiatives for a portfolio client, ensuring cohesive activation and alignment with overarching brand and media objectives. 8+ years of experience leading teams and direct reports Excellent leadership skills with ability to lead team to deliver high-quality results Ability to anticipate and quickly assess continually changing client needs and adapt resources and strategies accordingly Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills Technical proficiency, particularly with the following tools: MediaOcean, MBOX, Nielsen Net Rating, comScore, capabilities of various DSPs Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to work successfully with teams, handle multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines Additional information Our Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
