**Overview:**
We are looking for a **Senior Vice President** to join our Health team!
This is the perfect role for someone passionate about reputation management, thought-leadership, and who has experience working with clients in the payer/provider space. This person will act as a senior client counselor and team manager for high-profile healthcare clients. Responsibilities include account planning, project management, execution, and supervision of the account team. Help set and achieve client goals through participation in decision-making and problem-solving processes. Serve as the strategic liaison among the client, account team, and agency management.

+ Serve as senior contact for clients, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of clients’ businesses.
+ Grow strong relationships with senior clients and become a trusted advisor by solving problems, offering meaningful counsel, and delivering valued results.
+ Develop a strategy for implementing successful client programs, and lead the implementation of that strategy.
+ Motivate team members by promptly reviewing work and providing constructive feedback; encourage teams to take advantage of training and development opportunities.
+ Demonstrate strategic understanding of emerging channels like social media, video, and content partnerships in relation to media mix.
+ Stay current with new developments in the digital industry, technical advancements, and innovative executions relevant to clients’ businesses to develop inspiring and actionable strategies.
+ Deliver strategic, engaging, and persuasive presentations to effectively articulate ideas to clients, colleagues, and others.
+ Use metrics and analytics to build business and provide insight and counsel to clients.
+ Build, lead, and develop engaged and dynamic teams.
+ Take a leadership role in new business proposal development and presentations; work with account teams to build incremental business.
+ Lead projects from concept/planning through to evaluation. Encourages effective delegation of project deliverables. Ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
+ Manage account financials.
+ Begin to build a leadership role in outside organizations to increase Ketchum’s visibility in the marketplace and create new business opportunities.
Any combination of education and experience providing the required skills and knowledge for successful performance would qualify. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:
+ At least 13+ years of agency and/or health/government communications experience.
+ Must have external or internal agency experience.
+ Working knowledge and/or experience in healthcare.
+ Successful track record at building and presenting concepts and programs for clients and new business opportunities, and effectively counseling and selling social and digital media concepts to clients.
+ Strong quantitative and analytical abilities to define measurable objectives, and assess campaign metrics, and reports.
+ Proven track record of building and growing business.
+ Direct experience in building and managing teams.
_The salary range for this position is $180,000 to $220,000. This position may be bonus eligible depending on individual employee performance and Ketchum business performance. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, education, years of experience, past training, skills and abilities of applicant, internal equity and local geographic market data.
