**Overview**
We are seeking a highly organized, strategically-minded Chief of Staff to serve as a trusted partner to the CEO of PMX. This individual will drive cross-functional alignment, oversee critical initiatives, streamline internal operations, and support executive-level decision-making. The Chief of Staff will also work in close partnership with the Chief of Staff to the CEO of Publicis Media to ensure integration across key business priorities.
**Responsibilities**
+ **Strategic Planning & Execution:** Support the CEO in setting and tracking key business priorities. Lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure follow-through on action items.
+ **Executive Communications:** Draft executive communications, presentations, and briefings. Shape messaging for internal and external audiences in partnership with Communications teams.
+ **Operational Rhythm:** Design and manage the operating cadence of the PMX leadership team—including weekly exec meetings, quarterly planning sessions, and leadership offsites
+ **Decision Support:** Gather, distill, and synthesize information to facilitate executive decision-making. Manage preparation for client, partner, and internal meetings
+ **Cross-Org Alignment:** Liaise with the Publicis Media Chief of Staff and other Groupe partners to ensure seamless coordination across holding company initiatives, workstreams, and performance tracking
+ **Events & Engagement:** Support the planning and execution of key internal and external PMX events. Partner with the Publicis Media Events team to ensure alignment on event strategy, messaging, and executional excellence.
+ **Special Projects:** Lead or support strategic projects as needed, including M&A assessments, vendor evaluations, talent pipeline initiatives, and innovation pilots
**Qualifications**
+ 7–10 years of relevant experience in media, strategy, operations, or leadership roles
+ Demonstrated ability to manage complex initiatives with multiple partners
+ High EQ and executive presence—able to operate with discretion, tact, and professionalism
+ Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills
+ Proactive problem solver with strong business insight and analytical capabilities
+ Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, and highly organized with strong attention to detail
+ Experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
+ Versatile abilities and extreme dedication to efficient productivity
**Preferred**
+ Prior experience working in a media agency, ad tech, or investment environment
+ Previous exposure to C-suite partners and board-level reporting
+ Familiarity with Publicis Media’s structure and operating model a plus

Compensation Range: $241,000- $325,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
