1-As Interface of lab, communicate with BA project team about DV&PV test request (Reliability , Electrical , EMC ).

2-According to ISO&IEC 17025 and lab procedure, manage whole project test progress.

3-DV&PV validation engineering :

1) Test plan create,review,update

2) Project quota and Finance trace/report

3) Organize lab resource to meet project test request

4) Trace whole test process, communicate with project team in time

5) Release offical test report to customer

6) Customer audit related work 

7) Outsourcing test management

8) Other related work task in lab

Qualifications

Qualifications

1-Reliability , Electrical , EMC related test knowledge.

2-Project management experience.

3-Fluent in English language.

4-Good communicate skill.

5-Experience of leading team.
