Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior VAT Team Member to support the European VAT function, ensuring VAT compliance and addressing queries from internal and external stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages the monthly VAT reporting calendar for a team of four, ensuring timely submission of VAT, Intrastat, and EC Sales filings.Supports team members in preparing complete, accurate, and timely VAT filings.Oversees month-end processes, including VAT account reconciliations, journal entries, cash management, forecasting, and FX exposure monitoring.Ensures timely responses to queries from VAT Authorities.Maintains the VAT control framework for SOX, internal audit, and external VAT inspections.Participates in project work as required.Performs other ad-hoc duties.KEY RELATIONSHIPS:

3+ years of finance/VAT experience in a multinational or similar setting.Accounting/Finance degree.Proficient in Oracle or similar ERP systems.Strong interpersonal and analytical abilities.Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookups).Experience with RPA tools.Fluent in English (additional European language would be a plus)Desirable: Experience in Customs/Trade Compliance.Desirable: Management experience.Initiative and a focus on process improvement.Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels while upholding organizational values.Possesses strong organizational and prioritization skills.Additional InformationWe offer:
