The Senior Vascular Lab Technologist assists the Team Coordinator/Manager/Director with day-to-day operations of the Peripheral Vascular Lab, including workflow coordination, quality and service, regulatory readiness, and achievement of operating goals. This role provides advanced technical expertise, serves as a resource to team members, supports staff development, and participates in quality control and continuous improvement activities. The technologist helps facilitate and monitor lab processes and ensures high standards of patient care and customer satisfaction.
Educationfour (4) years RVT/RVS experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
Certification/LicensureRequired: Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) or Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS)
Preferred: Basic Life Support (BLS)
Experience4+ years of experience as an RVT or RVS (required)
Demonstrated proficiency in vascular ultrasound procedures (e.g., carotid, arterial/venous duplex, graft surveillance, ABI/TBI) and clinical documentation
Experience supporting quality control, protocol standardization, and regulatory/compliance activities within a vascular lab
Proven ability to act as a technical resource/mentor, supporting staff education and daily troubleshooting
Flexibility in schedule and location to meet operating needs; on-call coverage required
We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is:$32.13 - $53.55. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
