Our Power and Controls division is searching for a Senior Manager - Value Stream Lead (VSL) to lead a major program within the Electric Power Systems (EPS) team. As a VSL, you will lead the Program Management Team (PMT), and ensure seamless management of the contract, cost, schedule, performance, and on-time delivery throughout the life cycle of the program from inception to completion. This includes everything from pursuit and order capture, design, and development, produce to deliver, service/support, and long-term strategic business planning. The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
