Our Power and Controls division is searching for a Senior Manager - Value Stream Lead (VSL) to lead a major program within the Electric Power Systems (EPS) team. As a VSL, you will lead the Program Management Team (PMT), and ensure seamless management of the contract, cost, schedule, performance, and on-time delivery throughout the life cycle of the program from inception to completion. This includes everything from pursuit and order capture, design, and development, produce to deliver, service/support, and long-term strategic business planning. You will also hold Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility and serve as the face of the organization to internal and external customers.
**What You Will Do**
+ Lead a large size/complex program to ensure adherence to program plans, schedules, and budgets for programs under his/her responsibility and recommends appropriate adjustments.
+ Accountable for entire performance of the production value stream and influence matrixed PMTs decision making.
+ Influence and negotiate elements with appropriate customers to achieve and/or exceed business commitments while improving customer satisfaction.
+ Indirectly lead large teams with matrixed responsibilities over supporting domains (engineering, quality, operations, finance, legal, contracts, business development).
+ Serve as the Capture Manager for new business opportunities, which includes developing customer relationships and winning strategies, developing estimates, managing timely submittals of major proposals and contracts, and conducting successful customer negotiations.
+ Proactively identify problems and obtain solutions, such as allocation of resources, negotiating contractual specifications and terms and determining priorities.
+ Responsible for risk/opportunity and earned value management of assigned work to ensure on-time and within budget completion, including work performed at subcontractors.
+ Direct the work of employees assigned to the program from a technical, manufacturing, contractual and financial perspective.
+ Organize, conduct, and support cadences and reviews in compliance with RTX Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM) including program reviews, team meetings, finance and production reviews, and various other regular business activities.
+ Represent the program to our senior leadership team for revenue, gross margin, capital expenditure, new business development, and customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications You** **Must Have**
+ Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience
**Qualifications We Prefer**
+ Experience leading development or production programs, including ownership of P&L responsibilities and direct customer engagement.
+ Experience with Electric Power Systems (EPS) products, including design, integration, or lifecycle management.
+ Prior experience collaborating with or supporting defense prime contractors.
+ Experience leading programs in compliance with FAR15 Governmental contracting rules and regulations
+ Working experience leading large, cross-functional or matrixed teams across multiple disciplines and geographies.
+ Proficiency in applying Earned Value Management (EVM) principles to track program performance and ensure alignment with budget and schedule objectives.

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
