Key Responsibilities:

Understand Client Needs: Partner with clients to understand their business goals, industry-specific challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Value Gap Analysis: Lead value assessments using NetSuite methodologies (e.g., SuiteReview) to identify improvement areas and deliver recommendations aligned to business outcomes.

Solution Design: Define and design tailored NetSuite solutions including configurations, integrations, and automation. Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.

Optimization Support: Address key operational pain points and work with clients to fully leverage NetSuite functionality for maximum ROI.

Expert Advisory: Provide strategic guidance and best practices on processes such as forecasting, planning, inventory, and financials across key industry verticals.

Collaboration & Delivery: Work cross-functionally with technical consultants, developers, and engagement teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.

Mentorship: Guide and support junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing across the organization.
