About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Valuations Coordinator in Chief Operating Office providing coverage in: Commercial Operations in Real Estate Valuation Services (REVS).  Learn more about our career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com.

In this role, you will:

Perform valuation reviews to confirm appropriate content and compliance with federal, regulatory and bank policySupport the work of less experienced staff and overall effectiveness of the whole teamProvide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools within ValuationsAssign reviews according to due dates and rush requestsEnsure proper distribution of workflow according to schedulesMonitor daily, monthly and quarterly production reports and assist with on-boarding and trainingPerform complex organizational, assignable, workable and customer-centric tasksProvide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experience staffInteract with immediate team, department staff and individuals outside of Valuations on questions or feedbackInteract with internal or external customers in a customer support role

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Valuations or Lending experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Experience with Collateral 360

Excellent time management skills balancing multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment

General understanding of commercial and residential collateral and lending terminology

Exceptional customer service skills working with both internal and external business partners including lending team personnel, vendors, and technical reviewers

Job Expectations:

Required current location for this position is 11601 N Black Canyon Hwy
PHOENIX, AZ 85029Shift is Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm or 8:30am-5:30pm with occasional need to work beyond normal workday hours or weekends. Position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
