Job Description

As a Senior UX/UI Product Owner within P&G’s GBS AI & Automation Accelerator team in Bucharest, you will play a dual role, acting both as the Product Owner and UX/UI Design Lead for cutting-edge AI-driven solutions. You will shape the product vision and user experience for enterprise applications that leverage AI, automation, and data to transform how P&G operates globally.

The role is responsible for creating user-focused designs for our digital products. This includes creating personas, user journeys, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, digital application of P&G brands, mockups, design systems, prototypes, digital copy, and micro-copy writing. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong user empathy, and deep collaboration with cross-functional teams—including engineering, data science, and business stakeholders. You’ll lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and design to delivery and optimization, ensuring our solutions are not only powerful but intuitive, accessible, and scalable across the business.

    

Key Responsibilities:

Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for AI-powered solutions aligned with business goals and user needs.

Identify high-impact AI use cases in collaboration with business partners, data scientists, and engineering teams.

Act as the voice of the user and business in cross-functional teams, defining and driving the product vision for AI-driven applications within GBS.

Facilitate workshops, design sprints, and co-creation sessions with business units to identify high-impact AI opportunities and gather early feedback.

Lead the UX/UI design process from discovery to delivery, ensuring user-centric design principles guide every product decision.

Set and maintain design standards, accessibility guidelines, and a cohesive design system in alignment with the GBS brand principles and visual identity.

Continuously maintain an internal P&G library of designs with examples of AI apps UX/UI

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: from ideation, discovery, and prototyping to development, launch, and iteration.

Continuously looking for leveraging AI in UX/UI

Ensure AI-driven solutions comply with privacy, security, and ethical guidelines.

Continuously gather user feedback to improve product usability and effectiveness of AI recommendations or automations

Job Qualifications

Strong leadership and relationship management skills. Ability to lead and influence others to achieve a common goal

Analyzing large data sets from multiple data sources.

Designing high resolution mockups in Figma

Agility to adapt to new priorities and learn new technologies & methodologies.

Strong communication (oral and written) and problem-solving skills.

Work process oriented and attention to detail is a must.

Ability to work independently with multiple stakeholders at different geographies and levels in the organization.

Knowledgeable and experienced in operating in an agile dev ops model/ approach is good but not required.
