We Move People, and People Move Us! **Overview** Designing award-winning UX and UI interfaces for websites, emails, and apps, that clearly illustrate how digital experiences function and look like, in coordination with other UX experts, the creative, marketing and development teams. Their deliverables should visually inspire, engage, and represent intuitive and functional solutions based on user-centered design. Occasionally will need to design and concept different digital media besides interface design and produce different creative solutions. Acts as Senior, mentoring junior associates with design and training. **Responsibilities** + Minimum 6 years of professional experience + Must possess superior UX and UI skills + Translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts + Work closely with creative, marketing, and development specialists + Develop intuitive and user-centered solutions + Create user personas, user cases, user journeys, and user flows + Conduct research, benchmarking, and user testing + Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for digital experiences + Design interfaces for websites, emails, and apps across devices + Work with design systems and create scalable UI kits + Senior UX projects through the design process + Occasionally assist with illustrations, infographics, and business presentations + Storyboard complex interactions + Collaborate with stakeholders and Senior creative teams + Mentor and Senior creative staff, maintain creative quality + Stay updated on UX trends, techniques, and technologies + Demonstrate strong self-management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills **MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Conduct technical hiring interviews. + Collaborate in the performance evaluation process. + Perform informs about the area performance and the promotion process. + Collaborate with the area KPIs if it is necessary. **Qualifications** + Proficiency and proven experience working in UI and UX. + High grasp of user-centered design process. + Proficiency in rapid prototyping. + Versatile to work in different styles and different media. + Experience working in different design fields, including creating concepts using storytelling to develop them. + Must have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications. + Have led teams and directed projects. + Neat design: typography, color, composition. + Detail-oriented.
