This role will specifically focus on research related to building Qualtrics’ AI Experience Agents, our latest AI investment in the Agentic space. \n\nApply Mixed-Methods Research Skills: Utilize advanced mixed-methods research techniques to gain deep insights into user experiences, key scenarios, and diverse customer needs.\nDrive Product Vision: Leverage user and product insights to influence and shape the strategic vision for the next generation of Qualtrics products.\nCollaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, product marketing managers, and data scientists to ensure alignment and enhance product development.\nEnhance User Experience: Focus on creating products that are not only elegant and user-friendly but also meet the strategic goals of the organization.\nEmbed Insights into Processes: Infuse qualitative and quantitative findings into the Qualtrics platform, translating customer and product insights into actionable strategies for continuous improvement.\n\n\n

\n\nAs the UX product insight expert you are the voice of the customer for user experience and product feedback. You have a solid understanding of your users and understand their needs and our product gaps. You have a strong voice that guides the product team’s understanding of feature prioritization and UX improvements.\nYou are a part of the product team and you collaborate with researchers, designers, product managers and engineers to identify customer perceptions about Qualtrics and existing products, define key use scenarios and collaborate to develop new or improved product concepts.\nYou are a valued voice that influences decisions about what matters most for the platform and products in terms of user experience.\nYou are known as an exceptional research partner who gets the data that matters most and delivers actionable insights.\nYou are a strong communicator who feels comfortable interacting with senior leaders and can effectively influence decisions across organizations. \n\n\n
What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
\n\nUndergraduate and Master's degree in one of these disciplines: Psychology, Human-Centered Design, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, or similar.\n5-8 years of industry research experience.\nExceptional and demonstrated end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research skills.\nStrong analytical and problem solving skills.\nHigh standards of detail, excellence, professionalism and role model behavior.\nExperience working closely with UX Design, Product, and Engineering teams on gathering and implementation of research recommendations.\nA portfolio that includes examples of leading strategic research with significant business outcomes.\nBonus: Have experience working on AI products.\n\n\n

\nFor full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.
