Senior UX Research Specialist
**Position:** Senior UX Research Specialist **Job Description:** We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on **Senior UX Research Specialist** to drive user and market research across our global digital experience ecosystem. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that our digital products deliver differentiated value by deeply understanding user needs and market dynamics. The **Senior UX Research Specialist** will sit within the Digital Experience team and work across cross-functional partners including Product, UX, Marketing, and Customer Experience. From a Customer Experience (CX) standpoint, you’ll ensure we’re listening across all customer channels. From a User Experience (UX) perspective, you’ll lead research for our digital products—driving insights that inform design decisions, surface unmet needs, and guide product innovation. **Senior UX Research Specialist** **What will you be doing at Arrow?** **Key Responsibilities** + **Lead Research Strategy & Execution** + Design and lead mixed-method research studies (usability tests, interviews, surveys, ethnography, etc.) across the product lifecycle. + Develop a research roadmap that aligns with product and business priorities. + Conduct competitive and market landscape analysis to contextualize user behaviors and identify product opportunities. + **Synthesize & Activate Insights** + Translate research findings into clear, actionable insights that inform product design and CX strategies. + Deliver compelling research reports, journey maps, personas, and presentations that drive alignment and decision-making. + Collaborate with product teams to embed insights into sprint planning and prioritization efforts. + **Stakeholder Collaboration & Influence** + Partner closely with UX designers, product managers/owners, CX strategists, and marketing leads to shape experiences that meet both user needs and business goals. + Advocate for the voice of the customer and user across all digital initiatives. + **Standards & Enablement** + Establish best practices, frameworks, and tools for scalable and repeatable research methods. + Mentor team members and cross-functional stakeholders on research methodologies and insight-driven design thinking. **What we are looking for:** + At least 7 years of experience in UX, product, or market research, preferably in a global B2B or digital-first organization. + Proven experience leading user-centered research in digital environments, across discovery, validation, and post-launch optimization. + Strong command of qualitative and quantitative research methods and when to apply them. + Ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights and influence stakeholders at all levels. + Experience in multi-channel or omni-channel CX environments is a plus. + Excellent communication and storytelling skills. + Tools proficiency: Qualtrics, UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Figma, or similar platforms. + Business fluency in English at least on C1 level. **What is in it for you?** + Full Permanent contract + Social advantage: CNSS, CIMR, Health insurance + Very good working atmosphere in a team of passionate collaborators + Work culture where you can make an impact + Working within an international organization, recognized worldwide in its sector. **Arrow is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating an inclusive and diverse working environment by providing equal employment opportunities for all qualified persons.** Do you see yourself as our future colleague?
