SHORT DESCRIPTION:
We are look a Senior UX Designer in Hong Kong.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Engagement:
UX Strategy & Planning:
Develop UX strategies and roadmaps that align with the client's business objectives and target audience.Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to measure the effectiveness of the UX initiatives.Create user experience guidelines, design principles, and best practices for consistent and cohesive experiences.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and product managers, to ensure alignment with the UX strategy.
UX Design & Prototyping:
Create wireframes, prototypes, and design concepts to visualize and communicate UX solutions.Apply user-centered design principles to create intuitive and userfriendly interfaces.Collaborate with designers to develop high-fidelity mock-ups and interactive prototypes for user testing and validation.Conduct iterative design reviews and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and end-users.
Usability Evaluation &Testing:
Plan and conduct usability evaluations and testing sessions to identify usability issues and gather user feedback.Analyse test results and provide actionable recommendations to enhance the user experience.Collaborate with clients and development teams to prioritize and implement design improvements based on usability findings.
Industry Trends & Thought Leadership:
Stay up to date with the latest UX trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.Contribute to thought leadership by writing articles, delivering presentations, and participating in UX conferences and events.Share knowledge and mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and development.
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
Education & Experience:
Skills & Abilities:
Strong expertise in user research methodologies, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.Proficiency in UX design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software.Experience with data analytics tools and techniques to analyse user behaviour data.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to clients and stakeholders.Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.Flexibility to adapt to different client requirements and project scopes.Client-facing experience with exceptional relationship-building skillsEEO Statement:
