We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer with a strong foundation in user research and a passion for elevating research-led design within product teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at uncovering deep insights, translating them into meaningful design decisions, and helping teams center around the voice of the customer. As a senior member of our UX team, you'll lead discovery efforts, define research roadmaps, and influence product direction through evidence-based design. You’ll also mentor and coach other designers to level up their research and strategic thinking skills.
