Job Description Insight Global is seeking and Senior UX Designer to support a customer facing design portfolio. The portfolio will be focused on a mix of mobile app, mobile web design and web based design. The role will be a mix of UX Design deliverables, as well as Visual design for screens and pages. It is important for candidates to understand an omnichannel, customer facing environment with multiple digital touchpoints. Candidates will be focused on a sales upper funnel portfolio designing new customer journey flows for buying and check out processes (e-commerce) and doing optimization testing. On a day to day candidates will be meeting with product and development stakeholders, working with them to discuss and implement design and share design thought process for improvements to the overall product, as well as working within a enterprise design system to create pixel perfect visuals and detailed components. There is a content strategy team and design research team candidates will partner with to be able to focus on designing the experience. The team is eager for someone to take initiative, build strong stakeholder relationships and be autonomous. Skills and Requirements 5+ years of experience with UX/UI Design Good end to end UX processes - ideation, research, wireframing, prototyping, user testing Background with web and mobile, customer facing digital applications Detail oriented with pixel perfect visuals Hands on experience with an enterprise design system Ability to design within brand guidelines Experience setting up design libraries and building components/content in Figma Strong design documentation skills Excellent communication skills to present design findings to stakeholders Up to date portfolio with end to end case studies null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
