What you’ll do

We are seeking a creative and passionate Senior UX/UI Designer. Your focus will be ensuring UX/UI consistency within the product family and across user journeys, create transparency on the state of UX, and plan and execute UX activities within the group. You will shape the user experience in a B2B environment, ensuring seamless user journeys and highly functional, intuitive products for customers and employee-facing web-applications.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Align with product managers, business stakeholders, and process experts on UX activities from discovery to delivery   Plan, execute, and present qualitative UX research activities  Create user journeys, flows, wireframes, and prototypes  Translate business requirements and user needs into technically feasible design concepts and prototypes Conduct usability testing and iterate on findings  Handover final design specs to development teams within the project timeline  Oversee product interdependencies and ensure UX/UI consistency within the product family and across user journeys   Advocate for human-centered design practices and usability   Actively engage with the design team through regular collaboration, open feedback exchange, and knowledge sharing Contribute to a supportive, team-oriented culture, and help to shape the UX practice

 

What you bring

 

5+ years in UX/UI Design and Human-Centered Design methods   Bachelor’s degree in a relevant design field  Passion for human-centered design and iterative, collaborative processes  Profound understanding of Design Thinking process  Proficiency in prototyping tools like Figma and collaboration tools like Mural  Experience working with design systems and guidelines   Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills   Team player with a supportive, open-minded attitude, and strong self-management skills  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English  

 

Preferred but not mandatory skills

 

Experience working in a B2B environment and designing complex web applications  Knowledge of SAP Fiori guidelines and UI5 technology  Experience working in cross-functional and agile delivery teams  Experience collaborating closely with developers to ensure technical feasibility Experience in a hybrid-remote work setting  Workshop facilitation skills are a plus (e.g. journey mapping, ideation workshops)
