Kforce has a client in San Francisco, CA that is seeking a Senior UX Auditor. Summary: The User Experience Design Group is responsible for designing the user experience for all IT products that are delivered to our customers, business associates, and consumers. The job family builds relationship between business functions and IT to provide user experience solutions to meet the needs of the business. Responsibilities: * Conduct in-depth UX audits of our ecommerce sites (desktop, mobile web, and mobile app) across all 9 brands to identify friction points, opportunities, and best-in-class practices * Benchmark competitor experiences to surface emerging patterns and innovative UX strategies * Translate findings into actionable insights that can inform our broader UX, product, and site strategy * Partner with cross-functional teams to advocate for experience improvements grounded in data and customer-centric design principles * Deliver polished presentations (written, visual, verbal) to share trends, gaps, and recommendations with senior stakeholders * Someone very excited about doing Audits - someone who will write a detailed 40-page report on your desktop & mobile website with 15 usability suggestions for improvements, a comparison against the top e-commerce sites in your industry, and with best practice examples for each suggestion * Whatever findings there are go up to the executive committee and changes happen across brands and there is personal impact within all brands
