Job Description:

The Senior Utilities Program Manager is responsible for the effective oversight, management, and execution of RaceTrac’s utilities program. This role will be responsible for managing all relationships impacting the success of RaceTrac’s utilities program, such as utility providers, third-party Utility Bill Management counterparts, strategic industry partners, trade allies, utility service associations, regulatory allies, and additional third-party relationships as needed.  The Senior Utilities Program Manager will also be responsible for providing utility rebate program updates and opportunities to RaceTrac’s Utility Rebates Program Manager.  This role will be the single source of utilities truth and the key knowledge center for all utilities at RaceTrac, Inc.  In addition, the Senior Utilities Program Manager will be responsible for developing partnerships with internal stakeholders and field personnel in order to develop a holistic understanding of store operations and their cost and use impacts, as well as connecting internally with other departments on programs and initiatives that drive resource efficiencies.

Responsibilities:

Oversees the third-party Utility Bill Manager operations for all RaceTrac stores, distribution centers and regional officesManages rebates and incentives program, including vendor management and invoicingCompletes relevant data analysis and provides insights to the Energy & Sustainability and Operations teamsCreates and distributes relevant reports to internal stakeholdersManages and maintains the utilities databaseDevelops and manages relationships with utility vendorsEngages with internal stakeholders including but not limited to Construction, Engineering, Accounting and Finance teamsCompletes the new store set up process for all RaceTrac locations

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; a focus on utilities or program management preferred3+ years experience preferredProficiency with Excel; Access, VBA, SQL, and Power BI preferredDetail oriented including the ability to manage priorities, competing agendas, and workflow on multiple projects simultaneouslyPrevious utility experience preferredProfessionalism and excellent interpersonal and relationship skills
