SAP S/4HANA Cloud is revolutionizing finance—and this role ensures the experience is seamless and human-centered. As a Senior User Experience Designer in Brno, you’ll lead design efforts that shape how users interact with SAP’s cloud-based finance applications.

 

Bring it

You’re a seasoned interaction designer with deep empathy for users and a sharp eye for detail. You bring:

A degree in Interaction Design, Digital Media, or Human-Computer Interaction

8+ years of experience designing web and mobile business applications

Expertise in user flows, storyboarding, and low-to-high fidelity prototyping (e.g. Figma)

Experience gathering user requirements through site visits, focus groups, and usability testing

Technical understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to collaborate effectively with developers

Strong communication skills and the ability to convey ideas clearly

Experience designing ERP or finance-related applications is a plus

 

Build it

You’ll lead UX initiatives that elevate SAP’s finance solutions. Your work will:

Translate complex user needs into intuitive, elegant design solutions

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and researchers

Validate designs through reviews and usability testing

Provide design consulting and support to development teams

Drive discovery projects and contribute to long-term design strategy
