What you’ll do
As a Senior User Experience Designer in the SAP FSM team, you will play a critical role in shaping seamless, data-driven, and AI-enhanced experiences for our global customer base. You will:
· Design world-class user experiences by aligning with SAP’s design system and collaborating with UX designers, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
· Deliver high-quality design artifacts, such as wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications and communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process.
· Drive implementation excellence by reviewing and validating developed interfaces to ensure adherence to design guidelines.
· Leverage data sources — including telemetry, UX surveys, customer feedback, and user research — to inform design decisions.
· Contribute to and facilitate user research and usability studies focused on enterprise and AI-powered scenarios.
· Design AI-infused user journeys that are ethical, consistent, explainable, and enhance human decision-making.
· Develop content that helps users understand AI predictions and recommendations, making complex outputs simple and intuitive.
What you bring
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interaction Design, Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related disciplines from a reputed design institute.
· 7+ years of experience in UX or product design, preferably in enterprise software.
· Hands-on expertise with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
· Proficiency in creating user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
· Strong background in user research methodologies such as interviews, usability testing, and contextual inquiries.
· Understanding of AI/ML concepts; experience in designing conversational or intelligent interfaces is a plus.
· Self-motivated commitment to quality, strong customer focus and enjoyment in solving complex problems.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale to diverse stakeholders.
