In this role, you will play a key part in contributing to Honeywell’s success by ensuring an efficient banking structure to support our global operations through centralized treasury operational activities and assistance with strategic projects. **Key responsibilities:** + Lead a team of 4 colleagues, responsible for daily treasury operations, provide cash forecasting, assist with bank account management and oversight + Be the EMEA lead on key strategic initiatives including cash repatriation, entity capital structures, interco loan and cash balances and M&A activity. + Manage global bank relationships and scale the bank account structure, ensuring compliance with KYC, mandates, and signatory updates + Ensure shareholder cash is appropriately managed and aligned with the goals of the organization. You will be involved in identifying local investment opportunities to maximise yield with relationship banks in the portfolio of countries, aligned with the Honeywell investment policy framework. + Collaborate with the in-house bank in supporting intercompany loan management. + Support capital structure and financing by engaging with the various internal stakeholders in identifying most appropriate intercompany financing instruments. + Working cross-functionally with Tax, Controllership, Legal and the various Honeywell business units to support projects, repatriation and other strategic initiatives. + Assisting with managing and maintaining bank guarantee requirements. + Maintaining and developing relationships with the relevant banks and other financial institutions to lead and stay current on changes in treasury activities. All activities maintain proper risk management and control oversight via ensuring adherence to SOX controls, including assisting with audit queries. **What Skills and Experience Do You Need?** + At least +7 years work experience in treasury or banking related role + Minimum of 3 Years experience managing and developing direct reports, with a proven ability to lead high performing teams. + Prior experience working with a TMS preferably FIS Quantum + Key stakeholder management – banks and internal partners as well as internal tax and accounting + Understanding of treasury operations/cash management and financial risk + Prior project management experience + Previous experience with M&A and entity integration is a strong plus + Understanding of the risks associated with trade finance instruments + Experience in managing bank KYC requirements + Acts with Urgency, think on their feet and can prioritize tasks + Challenges the status quo and work with stake holders to drive continuous improvement + English proficiency essential, additional languages are a plus + Proven track record of delivering results in a challenging and changing environment + Ability to work with regional and global partners, and influence and lead people across culture and senior level + Strong organizational and project management skills + High level of integrity **What Do We offer?** Hybrid and flexible working arrangements Continued professional development and growth opportunities within a global team A culture that fosters inclusion, diversity and innovation Market specific training and ongoing personal development Opportunities to work with the latest technology and new products Competitive remuneration and benefits We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
