GENERAL FUNCTION: Key leadership position responsible for driving growth of Instant Payment products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drive sales for product(s) within designated product line.Develop and enhance products.Develop strategy plan and product plan to meet revenue and market share goals.Pricing, profitability, packaging, promotion and margin managementVendor selection and relations; contract negotiationsDevelop and distribute sales toolsDevelop customer education and customer focus programs for new and existing product initiatives.Act as liaison between several areas of the bank, including Sales, Operations, IT, Legal, Audit, Legal, and Risk.Identify risk associated with product lines and contribution to process development and management to minimize risk.  Works under minimal supervision.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Undergraduate degree in business or finance required.  MBA or advanced degree preferred.7+ years related experience in treasury management/payments product management, which includes product development, sales or operationsExperience working in matrix management and multi-site environmentsCollaboration and relationship management skills requiredUnderstanding of related current industry trends and issuesPriority management and time management skillsExtensive experience/ability to influence and negotiate with individuals outside span of controlExcellent interpersonal, written and verbal skills as individual interfaces with all levels of managementStrong analytical, financial and strategic skills
